Huge Hound ice creams are made from fresh and local flavoring ingredients whenever possible. I focus on herbs and fruits—some of which I grow myself—that deliver big flavors and aromas: several varieties of mints and mountain mints, lemon verbena, and luscious blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, and gooseberries.
